A reserve study is an in-depth analysis and on-site inspection of an association’s assets. A detailed study is conducted every three years, with updates each year between. The study is used to assess the condition and quality of the long term budget. To review the study you will need the password provided in the homeowner’s November 2022 letter. Landscape Guidelines from Westwood ARC – July 2017
All changes to the architecture or landscaping of your home must be approved by the Westwood Homeowner’s Association (oversees all HOAs in the Westwood area of RB). There has been some confusion about landscape criteria. I asked the director of the Westwood ARC, Reed Reichert, if he would provide the guidelines they use to approve all landscaping plans.
